Paypal IPN Problem

Hey Guys I desparatly need your help, I have gone live with our website and are having problems with the regular paypal module and I am attempting to install the Paypal IPN module.

 

I install everything but when I turn it on I Get the following errors in admin

Any ideas why I woould get this error? then when I try to edit the properties in admin I get the next error

 

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: tep_cfg_pull_down_zone_classes() in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/videogamesplus.ca/httpsdocs/admin/modules.php(204) : eval()'d code on line 1

Any Ideas what I'm doing wrong? I'm using contribution Paypal IPN and I installed this contribution v 1.73 2002/06/05
