modify header

I recently changed my header on my site and am having this error...

 

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/homescho/public_html/includes/languages/english.php:326) in /home/homescho/public_html/includes/functions/general.php on line 23

 

This is what I did: I made a new gif image and replacing the previous image in public_html/includes/languages/english.php file. I then delete the old picutre in the images file and uploaded the new one.

 

I recieve this error when adding contents to my shopping cart.

 

Is there something I missed?
