pricing multiples cheaper?

First I want to say that I have been lurking around these boards for a while now, and you are all a huge wealth of knowledge. I am usually able to search and find what I need, but I don't even know what to search for for this...

 

I am using the downloaded store and I am in the process of entering all of my products. I came across a product that sells for $2, but you can buy 3 for $5. Can anyone tell me how to accomplish this?

 

I hate to ask this, but I need pretty basic instructions. This is my first go at using os commerce, and I would be lying if I didn't say that I am catching on slower than I thought I would.... Thanks in advance. ;)
