Error after clicking "Coutinue"

Is it displaying the product notifications on the thankyou page? If all else fails, just find the continue link in the checkout_success.php page and change it..

It only does it when something new is added to the shopping cart initially. If you start the "Checkout" process and then click the "Cart Contents" it works fine.

Also, after you have completed the complete transaction and are brought back to the checkout_success.php and press "Continue" to go back to the home page of the store.

?>
? ? ?<tr>
? ? ? ?<td><br><table border="0" width="100%" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="2">
? ? ? ? ?<tr>
? ? ? ? ? ?<td class="main"><?php echo tep_image_submit('button_update_cart.gif', IMAGE_BUTTON_UPDATE_CART); ?></td>
<?php
? ?$back = sizeof($navigation->path)-2;
? ?if (isset($navigation->path[$back])) {
?>
? ? ? ? ? ?<td class="main"><?php echo '<a href="' . tep_href_link($navigation->path[$back]['page'], tep_array_to_string($navigation->path[$back]['get'], array('action')), $navigation->path[$back]['mode']) . '">' . tep_image_button('button_continue_shopping.gif', IMAGE_BUTTON_CONTINUE_SHOPPING) . '</a>'; ?></td>
<?php
? ?}
?>
? ? ? ? ? ?<td align="right" class="main"><a href="<?php echo tep_href_link(FILENAME_CHECKOUT_SHIPPING, '', 'SSL'); ?>"><?php echo tep_image_button('button_checkout.gif', IMAGE_BUTTON_CHECKOUT); ?></a></td>
? ? ? ? ?</tr>
? ? ? ?</table></form></td>
? ? ?</tr>
<?php

It displays the Update Cart Gif, then after that I get the error message

Error

Unable to determine page link!

Go to http://www.hoodcleaningsupplies.com

Just log in as anything and purchase a roll of plastic and add it to your cart for example so that you can see exactly what is going on.

Thanks in advance,

Rusty

Now after I complete the transaction and press "Continue" it takes me to this page:

http://hoodcleaningsupplies.com/store/cata...n/notify/notify[]/?osCsid=08f203f3faaac5b139c3e6eca4584c4c

Is the problem something to do with my ssl?

It lets me know that it is redirecting me to a non-secure page and I click yes to proceed and then it takes me to the above page.

It is blank except for this error message:

Error!

Unable to determine the page link!

Thanks,

Rusty

OK, I'm logged in as Ashlyn Testing OCForum, no problems. I just clicked on "supplies" and got the error. The URL I am being sent to is

http://hoodcleaningsupplies.com/store/cata...ult.php/cPath/3

but it should be:

http://hoodcleaningsupplies.com/store/cata...ult.php?cPath=3

Honestly, I can't tell you why it's doing that, but this info might help you :(

OK, it's the same in the product link, and the add to cart, so it's adding the right text, but not the actual product (I think??). Because it is putting / instead of ? and = it's stuffing up the links. Can you check your config file and make sure it all looks right?

Not sure about SSL, sorry.. It's not a secure site.. (https)

Which PHP file controls the Left Categories Menu.

I notice when I hover over the links, the categories are coming up out of sequence.

Which file do I need to check?

Go into your site via FTP or a control panel and go to your file manager (or file manager via OC admin should work)

Look for catalog/includes/config.php and check the settings in there. I'm not sure if that's the right file though. It might be the general.php file in the functions folder.

Is there someway that I can just reinstall the store, overwrite any changes that have been made, but keep the data base intact?

Just upload the files again. The database won't change at all. Or you could save your database and just fill the product tables again??

Dear Ashlyn,

I found out what the problem was!!!

Turn off the

Use Search-Engine Safe URLs (still in development)

Go to Admin- Configuration- My Store and turn this feature to FALSE.

Thanks for all of your help.

Cool! I always wondered what that thing did. Mine has always been set to off. Now I know! Glad you got it fixed..
