Family Products MS2 & Alt Attribute Handling

Guest

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I have installed the following mods so I can use the new categories.php file. In the install.txt it reads:

basing on:

08/16/2003 - Family Products MS2 - update

04/28/2003 - alternative_attribute_handling-6

So, I installed both of them and then the new categories.php and I get in my drop down boc for family products TEXT_PRODUCTS_FAMILY_EXIST and if I select a family from the drop down it shows an error when displaying the product and referances the above text. Now if I leave the family field blank or type a new family in, then it works fine. Can anyone help?? I really like both mods and want to keep them. I am still in construction of the site so if anyone can help and needs access to the admin, email me and I will get you the info. :-)

Thanks!!!

Kevin

I think I have narrowed down where the problem might be to the pull down menu that is part of the combined categories.php file. Is anyone using the updated file put out by Cord?!?

I really need some help here!

Thanks!

Why not use Family Products v3.3? It's built for the MS2 platform....not just an update.

Howdy!!

I just downloaded it this afternoon and had not had a chance to open it yet. Can you give me an idea of how hard it is going to be to remove the old mod so I can install the new one? :( I am not the PHP coder that all of you guys seem to be. :(

Any suggestions? I really do not want to have to start over as installing the OscAffiliate and CCGV mods were not a simple task.

Thanks!!

Kevin
