editing Header.php in Dreamweaver

i would make a guessa nd say that because php is purely a server sided script and is executed at the server end you will need to upload the file for it to execute and you can see your changes

 

any help??

The last post was correct. Since PHP is server side you have to upload edited PHP documents before any changes will take affect online. If you are using Dreamweaver you should (If you have invisible items turned on) see a little yellow button that says "PHP" everywhere that a chunk of code exists. In the bottom pallete you can see the text/code for each PHP button. You move around and edit the page structure and PHP Buttons based on knowing what each button represents, whether it be a text string, an image, or what have you. Does that help at all?
