2checkout not work

We would like to use 2checkout for payment processing, but when a user checks out and it comes to passing parameters over to checkout, we get an error stating incorrect parameters have been passed.

 

PLEASE HELP.

 

We also tried to enable paypal or regular CC to email address and these options don't show up for our customers checking out but they show enabled in the control panel.

Hi Steve,

 

I had the same problem and I resolved it by checking the following:

 

1.) Make sure that the item that you're checking out with does NOT have a price of less than zero. 2CO does not process orders without a dollar amount. If you want to do testing, set the 2CO module to "Test" mode.

 

2.) Make sure that you entered your "Store ID #" in the 2CO module and not your user name for account login.
