FAQ Desk

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

would be thankful for help.

When I try to add a category or new faq this error accurs:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: tep_array_merge() in c:\hosting\ehostingbizmember\dw100\catalog\admin\faqdesk.php on line 66

I am using 2.2MS 2 and FAQ Desk 1.0

This failure comes up when other functions are called, too.

Thanks in advance for support,

There are four lines that need to be commented out. This means they will not be read or parsed by your web server. They are lines 918,919,920, and 921:

$faqdesk_image = tep_get_uploaded_file('faqdesk_image');

$faqdesk_image = tep_get_uploaded_file('faqdesk_image_two');

$faqdesk_image = tep_get_uploaded_file('faqdesk_image_three');

$image_directory = tep_get_local_path(DIR_FS_CATALOG_IMAGES);

It looks like the code that folllows which is credited to Peter is a rewrite of these four lines.

if you get undefined function errors you have to get the function and add it to catalog/includes/functions/general.php or catalog/admin/includes/functions/general.php depending on where you have the error...

to get the function you are missing download the MS version you are NOT using and look in the respective general.php file...find the function you need and copy it into your own general.php...that should work

I do this all the time...by functions are packed with MS1 and MS2 functions and i can get just about any contrib to work on my site
