Guest Posted October 30, 2003 Posted October 30, 2003 Hi, I wonder if anyone has a fix for this problem... Say, I have 1 product in stock, a customer orders 2. As a result, the customer will see the following warning: Products marked with *** dont exist in desired quantity in our stock. You can buy them anyway and check the quantity we have in stock for immediate deliver in the checkout process. That is fine. If the customer order them anyway, he/she should see information like: 1 of the products available for immediate delivery; 1 is out of order (or marked ***) However, all these two are marked as *** together, fail to indicate that 1 is actually available. Any idea? Thank you for your time. Best regards, Qin http://www.red-peony.com
radders Posted October 31, 2003 Posted October 31, 2003 It might help to show the number in stock on the product info page.
