I'm not sure exactly what you want to do. You can access the site with a compatible web browser on any platform. This is the best method if you want to enter orders in both places.

 

If you want to have a local copy of the site, you can just copy files and database (may need to change the configure.php files). Then use a local web server to serve them: EasyPHP and Apache2Triad are two examples of easy to install web servers (both include PHP and MySQL). EasyPHP is probably easier; Apache2Triad was more up to date the last time that I compared. Note: it is inadvisable to enter orders on the local copy, because there isn't a good way to get them on to the web site (manual reentry works but is tedious). This works for demos and such. Also gives you a good platform for development.
