parse error on index.php

Hi I am having trouble with parse errors when I changed the text on my index page.

I've gone through all the other parse error posts here and none of the suggestions have cleared up my problem. All I have done is manage to move the error from one line to another. Right now my error message is that the error is on line 20.

This is the code as it is now.

<?php

Any help would be appreciated.

Here is your line 20:

define('HEADING_TITLE', 'Let's See What We Have Here');

it should be

define('HEADING_TITLE', 'Let\'s See What We Have Here');

You will find the same on line 38 :blink:

If you are editing the files using the osCommerce file manager and are losing the backslashes, try editing the file locally and then uploading it to your server.
