Config Help Needed!

If I am in International customer, when I go to check out, I don't have any air mail or Priority Mail options. For my products, air mail is typically $0.80, and the cheapest rate I can get to show up is Parcel Post at $18!


Before I installed USPS Methods v2.5, all of the methods would show up in the checkout screen, but shipping would revert to Global Express Mail on the confirmation screen. Now it no longer reverts, but I still can't get the reasonable methods.


Most of my customers are international, so I'm losing a lot of business while this is not working! I hate having to go back to eBay.

Hey Thunderbolt,


I have just started getting the same type of problem. Whenever my Canadian customers select "Air Mail" they end up getting charged for some "Global Express Guaranteed Document Service".


I know this was working fine as of October 7th. That is when my last Canadian customer got the correct postage quote.


I have not made any changes on my site for quite some time.


I believe that something has changed in the data transaction coming back from the USPS server.
