I don't know what it would have to do with installing the Portugues language, but try

define('STORE_SESSIONS', 'mysql');

in the includes/configure.php file.

Thanks for help,

It has solved the problem.

But now I have this old problem too... in the Administration panel, this appears strange like this:

Configura??o

BOX_CONFIGURATION_MYSTORE,

BOX_CONFIGURATION_LOGGING,

BOX_CONFIGURATION_CACHE

In English it appears like:

Configuration

My Store, Logging, Cache

Can you help me with this?

Thank you.

It sounds like the pack that you are using is either older (and doesn't match up to the current version) or incomplete. The best that I can really say is to compare the portuguese language files to their english counterparts. Both should have the same CONSTANT_NAMES in them, just the definitions should change. I.e. if you have

define('BOX_CONFIGURATION_MYSTORE', 'My Store');

in your english.php, you should have something like

define('BOX_CONFIGURATION_MYSTORE', 'Minha Loja');

in your portuguese.php file. I don't know of a short cut to this unless you can find another language pack for Portuguese.

Feel free to contribute your updates when you finish.

Matt

a) Instalar o OsCommerce 2.1 e a linguagem 2.1
