Secure payment screen

Recommended Posts

My site uses frames so when a customer clicks continue on the final checkout screen their browser doesnt show the key symbol on the taskbar for the secure payment page. Is there a way to get around this? If not how can I change the target so that the secure page opens in _top?

you could have the secure shopping process come up as a pop-up. I've done this in a site I'm developing at the moment. I've used javascript to make the "continue" button at the end of the process close the popup and refresh the parent screen. I reckon it looks quite fancy. B)

Hi. I'm not using a multiligual store, so for me using html links rather than php ones was fine! might not be for you...

I replaced the code in the shopping cart and final checkout page that called in the continue button with this:

<a href="#" onclick="opener.location.reload(true); window.close();"><img src="includes/languages/english/images/buttons/button_continue_shopping.gif" width="113" height="43" border="0"></a>

I think you can do it within php with echo and stuff, but that was easier for me!
