Hi,

What are the listings in your includes/configure.php file at the very top where the HTTP and HTTPS are listed?

I'm the responsible for the site ....

where is the information of the configure.php file ..

define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://ac-informatica.net'); // eg, http://localhost - should not be empty for productive servers

define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://ac-informatica.net'); // eg, https://localhost - should not be empty for productive servers

define('ENABLE_SSL', false); // secure webserver for checkout procedure?

define('HTTP_COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'ac-informatica.net');

define('HTTPS_COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'ac-informatica.net');

define('HTTP_COOKIE_PATH', '/catalog/');

define('HTTPS_COOKIE_PATH', '/catalog/');

define('DIR_WS_HTTP_CATALOG', '/catalog/');

define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG', '/catalog/');

define('DIR_WS_IMAGES', 'images/');

define('DIR_WS_ICONS', DIR_WS_IMAGES . 'icons/');

define('DIR_WS_INCLUDES', 'includes/');

define('DIR_WS_BOXES', DIR_WS_INCLUDES . 'boxes/');

define('DIR_WS_FUNCTIONS', DIR_WS_INCLUDES . 'functions/');

define('DIR_WS_CLASSES', DIR_WS_INCLUDES . 'classes/');

define('DIR_WS_MODULES', DIR_WS_INCLUDES . 'modules/');

define('DIR_WS_LANGUAGES', DIR_WS_INCLUDES . 'languages/');

define('DIR_WS_DOWNLOAD_PUBLIC', 'pub/');

define('DIR_FS_CATALOG', '/home/nunoc/public_html/catalog/');

define('DIR_FS_DOWNLOAD', DIR_FS_CATALOG . 'download/');

define('DIR_FS_DOWNLOAD_PUBLIC', DIR_FS_CATALOG . 'pub/');

How about trying...

define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://www.ac-informatica.net'); // eg, http://localhost - should not be empty for productive servers

define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://www.ac-informatica.net'); // eg, https://localhost - should not be empty for productive servers

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

NOTE: As of Oct 2006, I'm not as active in this forum as I used to be, but I still work with osC quite a bit.

If you have a question about any of my posts here, your best bet is to contact me though either Email or PM in my profile, and I'll be happy to help.

isn't that going to damage any links ou files in data base ?

Ok this problem is +/- resolved ....

Now the first time that i try to access Http://www.ac-informatica.net the WWW disapears, but if i chose any product or link it put the WWW again in the link ...

What can I do to prevent the WWW dissapears the first time anyone enters the shop ?

regards

My best guess is that it is something about your web server configuration that is redirecting it (the first time). Note that if you manually type in the index.php after the catalog, then it works. Thus, I would check httpd.conf and .htaccess files for occurences without the www.

Hth,

Matt
