account.php not found

I am in my store, when I click on My Account link, I get a page stating:

The page cannot be displayed

The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.

The path is correct in the browser: http://www.wgroom.com/shop/catalog/account.php or when I try: https://www.wgroom.com/shop/catalog/account.php

Neither one will work. I have checked to make sure the file is uploaded and it is and in the correct spot.

What do you think is happening.

I'm having this same problem - got the shop installed, I've been playing around with the admin section (got my .htaccess set up for it so that it requires a login)

but anyone going to account.php login.php or create_account.php receives the typical "Page cannot be displayed" error

see: http://bookwyrm.pixiedesign.net

I haven't changed much of the included text, since I figure if I can't get this part of it working, I don't want to change too much if I just have to delete the whole thing

Edit: AHA! it's trying to bump me over to a https:// - i think i can fix.

Yup - for anyone also seeing this, it means either you have to tell your store not to attempt to run on SSL, or else you need to get SSL configured on your site.

Since I'm having issues with my SSL on my site, I just change the option in the 2 configure.php files from true to false on this line:

define('ENABLE_SSL', false); // secure webserver for checkout procedure?

Once I figure out how to enable SSL on my webserver, then I can change it back, and hopefully it should work.

Hope my mistake helps someone else.
