How about installing them separatly. It is not that hard.

Install IIS first! (Make any changes you want before next step)

Install PHP (has Windows installer)

Install MySQL (has Windows installer)

change root user and password

Install phpMySQL (Unzip into a directory of your "localhost" web root)

Change phpMySQL add MySQL user name & pw from above or use the default user "root" with no password or "password" (I think?) - into config.ini.php

$cfg['Servers'][$i]['user'] = 'root'; // MySQL user

$cfg['Servers'][$i]['password'] = 'password'; // MySQL password

If you can load phpMySQL (ie: http:\\localhost\<your_phpMySQL_direcotry>\ ) then all of the above works.

Change register_globals=On and safe_mode=off in PHP.INI

Install OSC!!!!
