Hi

This question might already have been asked, but searching brings up 1,000's

My questions is, once you have unpacked the .zip file do you load just my-PC/catalog to the server or my-PC/catalog/catalog.

There are some files under my-PC/catalog and of course there are all the files and programs under my-PC/catalog/catalog/........

And of course the question also refers to the Admin side of OSC as well my-PC/admin and my-PC/admin/admin/........

Lots of people seem to be having problems and refer to /catalog/catalog/ so I would like to resolve this issue now.

Thanks

Phil

If you want to install in a folder (ex: shop) then upload the content of catalog/catalog in your shop folder (not the folder but the content of)

Hi The-Bear

So the lay out would be

Shop.....

Shop/catalog/.....<---all catalog files

Shop/admin/......<---all admin files

upload as:

/catalog/catalog --> to www.yourshop.com/your_catalog_directory

and

/admin/admin --> to www.yourshop.com/your_admin_directory

where:

your_catalog_directory can be "shop" or "catalog"

your_admin_directory can be "admin" or "shop/admin" or "catalog/admin"

Files from these packages remaining in /catalog/ and /admin/ does not have to be uploaded.

Having the dubble directory of CATALOG and ADMIN in the older packages confused me also at first. The new CVS and MS2 packages does not have this.
