I think this is simple code - but I need help

I have had this posted with no results.....

I really kow very very little about PHP and I am trying to add a table (field) value to account.php

 

 

I have added a a field to the customers table called "club"

 

It is an INT(3)

I was able to get the admin side to allow me to update it but now I want to display the value on the account.php page

 

I do not want the customer to be able to change the value - can anyone tell me what the code would be or what I have to do to the account page to do this?
