iamcanadian2 Posted September 10, 2003 Posted September 10, 2003 Can I get some input from all of you? I need to know if anyone else is experiencing this problem on my site - Go to my site, add items to your cart & try to checkout. Does your cart empty? I have been having problems myself off & on (in IE), PLUS a few other people have told me to they have had problems as well, but I don't know if it's a browser issue or a site issue. www.kindredcreations.com Thanks in advance for for all your help...
Guest Posted September 10, 2003 Posted September 10, 2003 Very thing works fine up to where it say login or create an account. No product/s was lost. However in Opera your site has a white border all around it. Tested on: Win XP DSL NS 7.1 Opera 6.05
Guest Posted September 10, 2003 Posted September 10, 2003 No problems from the UK either. I tried IE and Netscape. I'm using XP on a ADSL connection. Only comment is that the site is very slow. I'll try again tomorrow and give it another go.
iamcanadian2 Posted September 11, 2003 Author Posted September 11, 2003 My mistake, you need to be logged in as a customer for this to happen... Use the following account info email address: [email protected] password: demo1
Guest Posted September 11, 2003 Posted September 11, 2003 O.K I checked with the login info you supplied but I am not losing the cart content. However it keeps looping back to Delivery Information when ever I try to go to payment method. Check your SSL config this only happens when the site change from http:// to https:// Win XP DSL NS 7.1 Opera 6.05
iamcanadian2 Posted September 11, 2003 Author Posted September 11, 2003 Do you have more than $10 in your cart because there is a minimum order amount.. maybe that is why it's looping Thanks for all your help..
Guest Posted September 11, 2003 Posted September 11, 2003 This thread will be ]moved] to general support forum The_Bear
Guest Posted September 11, 2003 Posted September 11, 2003 The item in the cart is more that $10.00 Item I am trying to buy: Scrapbook Album BURGUNDY Traditions which is $27.99 It is Still Looping.........
iamcanadian2 Posted September 11, 2003 Author Posted September 11, 2003 Ok, I think it was because the postal code was invalid & it couldn't pick up a shipping cost... It should work OK now. It seems the problem is with Interner Explorer because everything works fine in Netscape. I know my connection doesn't use a static IP either.. so I suspect it has something to do with that. I tried the fixes for AOL users & such but no dice...
