Need help installing onto win2003 server iis 6.0

I've tried to search for this type of install but can not find any information on installing onto

 

Win 2003

iis6.0

php

mysql

 

The above is all working but when I try to install osc. I get this error

 

The install goes well with :

A test connection made to the database was successful.

 

The database import was successful!

 

But then it ends with

Cause your not using the DEFAULT diretory for web publishing that was setup with IIS or Apache. THIS IS A WINDOWS NT/2000/XP/2003 SETTING...
