product name is too small how can i increase?

guys how can i change the length of product name??

 

for example i have this name

 

2 x 256MB OCZ EL DDR PC-3200 Dual Channel Enhanced Latency Plati

 

as you can see the plati..... continues

 

how can i increase this??

Hi

 

In the products_description database table, find the products_name field. I believe that the original is set to varchar(64). Change the 64 to whatever length you want (Mine is set for 128).

 

So far my testing has not shown any downside to this change, but please check with your own store configuration before using.
