Guest Posted September 9, 2003 Posted September 9, 2003 Please see the error on www.atlargenutrition.com I have searched and found that this was a common problem so I logged into phpmyadmin to find my database has NO tables :( I am trying to find if my web guy has a back up but how can this happen? if he has a back up how do I know it will not happen again and again? I am so upset, I spent a lot of time getting the shop live for this to happen on our first day live :(
Guest Posted September 9, 2003 Posted September 9, 2003 but I can log in via admin and view everything fine? Surely this is linked to the database? How can this be?
Guest Posted September 10, 2003 Posted September 10, 2003 I'd say do a search -- in the past two weeks about a dozen people have asked this question and received a response -- hint: it has to do with an upgrade by your ISP
Guest Posted September 10, 2003 Posted September 10, 2003 omg, ok I am over having a heart attack. My web guy did not tell me which database he was using so I logged on to the one I thought and it had no tables in it. t was actually using another database lol I did the common fix and it works now. Phew.
