Notify store owner on new customer

I've had a good look and searched the forums but can't see what I'm looking for.

 

When a new customer signs up at our store, I'd like the store owner to recieve an email, possibly with a link to their profile in the admin/customers section.

 

Shouldn't be too hard to do, even with my lack of php, but i don't want to re-invent the wheel.
