Cannot activate SSL in Configure.php

I was able to change the file in osc. 2.1 but now in 2.2 nothing happens when I do the similar changes.

 

This is the configure file. What am I doing wrong.

Shouldn't this be define('DIR_WS_HTTP_CATALOG', '/');

define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG', '/');

 

That is all i can see
