Shipper Needs XML formated order in Extra Email

Can I add an XML format to the "Send Extra Order Emails To" emails?

 

If so, where?

checkout_process.php ?

 

If so, How?

Do I add an XML formated page in the above file?

Do I use any special character escapes?

 

Does it need a mime setup to recognize it or is it depending on the server mime setup?

I found a german hack to export database to XML for a shipper to use.

I translated and hacked it to my needs. If anyone needs it PM me and I'll email it.
