Flashing Blade Posted September 8, 2003 Posted September 8, 2003 One of the payment options on my OS Commerce site is with Paypal Occassionally I get an instance where a customer places an order, then pays through Paypal - but I don't get any notification except the Paypal payment statement The order is not logged on my site at any point, and the stock is not down-dated This causes obvious problems Then on other occassions Paypal works just fine Has anyone else heard of this and is there a fix?
Guest Posted September 8, 2003 Posted September 8, 2003 This is because your client did not click the continue button after finishing is transaction at paypal to come back to your store Install the Paypal IPN and you should be ok The_Bear
