I've been reading up on what it takes to modify several aspects of osCommerce and am completely confused by which set of files to modify and why. Some modifications call for changes to files in the /catalog directory and others call for changes in the /catalog/languages/english directory. Most of the files in each directory are the same. So which is it? And why?

Guest Posted September 9, 2003 Posted September 9, 2003 the names are the same but the sim ends there. the files in catalog generate formating ad rendering of the specific text in the language files.
