Guest Posted September 7, 2003 Posted September 7, 2003 has anyone noticed that if you turn on the configuration group Module Options, and then go into the admin and remove and then install a module, a double entry is added to the db and certain modules will stop functioning correctly? For example, if you select the USPS settings in Module_Options, it will give you a list of UPS options and not USPS options and other similar things...... :?

Turn off UPS ... then edit via phpMyAdmin your configuration table and sort on configuration_key Delete the ones that start with: MODULE_SHIPPING_UPS_ Now after it's clean, add in UPS then try to remove it. Check the configuration table again. Are all the entrees for MODULE_SHIPPING_UPS_ gone? And, do you have the current version of UPS loaded that matches your installation?
