Guest Posted September 7, 2003 Posted September 7, 2003 AN ERROR HAS OCCURED! LAST ACTION : INSERT This appears in red when I try to add my second product to a category. I tried about 5 times with the same result! This whole program is beginning to make me feel really :crazy: :stupid: ! Any help would be much appreciated! Julie

Apparently I can add products as long as the names don't have any apostrophes in them, and as long as I leave the url and image spaces blank. Hopefully I can add these items later after somebody tells me what I'm doing wrong! Please? Thank You! Julie

By dint of much stubbornness (and no apostrophes) I have got all my products listed, still sans images, but at least they're there. For some weird reason it seems to help to go away and work on another category for a while, then come back and add more to the difficult one. Julie :)

I am not sure if this will help, but it sounds much like I was struggling with about this time last year. Follow this post...it may work for you. It did me. Since then I have installed on 4 different servers without any problems. I also have a sense that your original download got skewed in some manner. Have you downloaded and installed a fresh copy?
