mwp38 Posted September 7, 2003 Posted September 7, 2003 I downloaded and installed the snapshot from 9-3-2003 and everything went smoothly, now when i edit the column_left.php file to remove the "manufacturers" box, it loads just fine in netscape 7.1 and IE5 but in Netscape 4.x it doesn`t load at all, only the header file and body background load. Everytime I do anything to the left column it messes up in 4.x but if i edit the right column, everything works fine in all browsers. I have done everything I can think of and nothing works, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Guest Posted September 7, 2003 Posted September 7, 2003 Who cares about NS 4.x anymore? :? Only a tiny fraction of idiots that won't likely buy anything anyways since they won't even upgrade a FREE browser use it. Time to let it go IMO. :wink:

Guest Posted September 7, 2003 Posted September 7, 2003 Well, my computer is very basic, about 2 years old with only a 500 processor and 128 MB RAM (was only 64 until recently) and mine runs IE6 and Netscape 7 with no problems. Even the laptop runs IE6 and that is even more basic (233 processor and 32 MB RAM). She definitely needs to think about an upgrade if she can't do what most people take for granted. And it is a very small percentage of people have computers that old.
