Database import

Hi everybody,

I've been sifting through this forum looking for a tip on how

to import .csv files with customers details to the address book

so to alert them that my new shop is fully operative.

After 45 mins I've lost all my faith (and my girlfriend is treatening

me.....)

 

Can anybody help?
