jeng Posted September 5, 2003 Posted September 5, 2003 Hi all, If anyone can help with this, it would be greatly appreciated. I've searched the Forum for everything imaginable but can't seem to find a related topic. My site is constructed mostly of regular HTML pages: http://bavc.org So far, the osCommerce component on my site is self-contained: http://bavc.org/catalog I'm trying to figure out: 1. Is it possible to place PHP code on an HTML page? Or does the server not know how to interpret PHP if the filename has an .htm or .html extension? 2. If it is possible, what code needs to be pulled in order to, for example, place an infobox on an HTML page? I've tried pulling everything from application_top that seems to set up the config, definitions, and database connection, but I'm getting nothing. Thanks in advance! Jen
Guest Posted September 5, 2003 Posted September 5, 2003 By default osc is php and html So it would be a lot easier to incorporate your html site in osc than the other way around HTH The_Bear
