Store Pickup Shipping Module - Schedule date and time???

I'm using the Store Pickup Shipping Module, http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,164.

 

Does anyone know how to offer the customer the option of picking up their goods on a certain day at a specified time?

 

How could I specify options for pickup (give them 3-4 days and 2-3 times on each day)?

 

Currently, it says available for pickup during store hours. Well, I'd like to have a schedule for when they're going to pick their purchase up.

You could always simply change the text in the language file that comes with the contribution as I have done.

I think that ryan wants the customer to pick the time and date....

By the way, if is that that you after, there is a contribution called

shipdate.. but only allow the customer to choose the date no the time

Salvo, yes, I would like the customer to pick the time and date or at least have my store specify a few options for them to choose from. If I did the latter, then they could select that option and I would be able to see it in my admin reports so I could prepare their order to be picked up at that time/day.

 

Shipdate will only work if you're "shipping" items, right? (not store pickup)...again, adding the time with the date would be very useful!

ryan, the name of the contribution is shipdate. but it does the same thing.

 

at moment it tell you the date ie delivery you call it ie pick up..

the same thing.. just put the cost at 0.00.

 

The only problem is that it does only for the date..

 

try to get someone to add the calender for times instead of just date and that would be fine for you and 100 others in there...

I haven't install the contribution shipdate yet because I will also need the the time. other people needs it but seams that nobody is on it at moment

have you managed to have shipping time and date contribution done?

 

I am still looking for someone that can help in finding the correct code.

I have installed the contribution shipdate and works very well in MS2.

But just for date...

 

in the contribution

class/

calendar.php

shipsched.php

are the code that I could do the contribution for date and time.

 

 

I have the template for time and date ready. I just need know which code to change to show only the 7 days starting as from today.

No, I haven't gotten the code to work with a "time feature" yet. I too am looking for someone to create this for us.
