Check Tax Zones Work

I think I have sorted the tax zone thingy out for a client's site.

 

(Shop is in New Zealand and should only apply GST Tax to NZ residents and nothing to international visitors)

 

How do I test this? Do I have to ask someone from outside NZ to try a test purchase to see if they are taxed or not? Can it be tested from within the country (zone)?

Like most people here, I solved it myself.

 

For those who may struggle like I did, the answer is to simply create a dummy client with a foreign country location and then again with the shop country location and then test purchases.
