Adding link to top of category/subcategory pages

Hello -

 

I would like to add a link specific to the category/subcategory to the top of each category/subcategory page, right under where the category image appears. I have tried a couple of different things, only to FUBAR the code. Does anyone have any suggestions for this problem?
