Mammoth1 Posted September 4, 2003 Posted September 4, 2003 We activated the UPS feature, but the zone choice is only TEXAS (no zip code) and it calculates the charge at about 1/2 the actual UPS Ground rate. What are we doing wrong? Where do we go for updated tables or interface with UPS computer? Thank you for your expert advise! Mammoth
iansears Posted September 5, 2003 Posted September 5, 2003 Mammoth, I don't think UPS has an online computer to connect to, like FedEx does. If you normally ship FedEx, then you should have a small chart with Zone information printed out all over it. An up-to-date chart will give you all the zone info you need, directly from UPS in this case. They may even have this chart downloadable from ups's website, but I've never looked because they drop new one's off to me whenever they get updated (rare). Ian
