dootch Posted September 4, 2003 Posted September 4, 2003 When a customer goes through the checkout process when they get to select a payment method nothing shows up in the Payment Method box. It seems weird I have tested it on other machines and it shows up. But this is the second customer calling and telling me they cannot see it. The most recent customer was using MSN. Could this be an ISP issue. I am using the authnet SIM method. www.microsupply.com is the site.
