UPC Mod Installation creating Admin Problem

I just installed the mod for adding upc_sku_isdn to osCommerce2.2. Now when I got to Admin screen everything is showing database name instead of the original view. Can someone please help me resolve this problem? Please see sample view below. Thanks!

Go back to the language files that you modified and look for a missing '. All ' should come in pairs, one to start a string and one to end it. It's probably somewhere in the BOX_ defines.

Unfortunately, this doesn't help me out as I have multiple places I made changes to implement the UPC option. Anybody know specifically what I need to edit or modify to get the Admin scree to show like original instead of displaying Database Field Names?
