bigd38 Posted September 3, 2003 Posted September 3, 2003 Hi can anyone tell me why my orders are not showing on the admin part. for each customers an when i see what orders are there. They show up in the database. I have got one that showed but others have not. Please help this very important. Its almost like the ordrs are not going through right or something.

sefu Posted September 3, 2003 Posted September 3, 2003 the orders_total table is only suppose to show the order amounts. Check in your orders table and see what the last order id number was, then in the orders_total table see if that same order id is located in that table.

sefu Posted September 3, 2003 Posted September 3, 2003 for some reason your orders amounts are not being recorded to the orders_total table. try going into admin>modules>orders total and disabling and enabling all the modules.
