Footer problem - weird

If I use the www. then the footer is in the right place, if I don't use it, it's in the right column instead of at the bottom.

 

I copied the cart from my own site to install on this one, it doesn't do this on my site. Any ideas? When viewing source, I find

 

</ </td>

 

but I can't find any files that would have this dropped tag.

Yup, that fixed it, but I was wondering why it did it without the www. and not with? Oh well, it works that's what matters.
