index.php ERROR!

I'm experimentig this problem in the index.php page.

 

Every thing is running well in the admin.php.

I had some problem when I uploaded the files, and the folder boxes in the include directory was corrupted or something. I changed the name of the folder (because I can't even delete it) and I named a new one, with the same name (boxes) and I puted all files directely inside the folder. And is runing well.

 

Thanks, for the effort guys but I like challenges too.
