import client data only

hi, i hav a new sql database for a new shop.

 

do i have the possibility to import the client data only?

all things being equal in both dbs, imorting the customers is not a problem.

 

Use phpmyadmin or other db tool.

this is what i excpected, to do it with phpmyadmin,

 

but im not familiar with the tool, so i'm looking for somebody who can give me a short discription.
