@RAYBAN55000It sounds like the database wasn't created correctly. Did the script say the database was populated? If you look in phpmyadmin, do you see the database and, if so, does it have a table named platforms?

The reason why the data is not written to the database may be your SQL user.

Please сheck if your user has enough permissions to create tables and write.

Hi,

Just to add to my colleague's comments above the reason for this issue can also be the poor hosting that ruins unzipping and as a result sql/trueloaded.sql is partially unzipped only. It is easy to check, you can check the file size during the first installation step. In order to resolve it you can just unzip application_files_do_not_unzip.zip manually.
