Chadduck Posted April 14 Posted April 14 I have watched the installation videos (over and over). I have read the wiki on the installation. I searched the forums. I have read the blog item "Success Case: Resolving PayPal v2 Integration Issues for Guest and Logged-In Customers". All to no avail In the PayPal setup I am not seeing, nor am I able to put checkmarks (as shown by the image which appears in both the video and the Wiki) to indicate the items as ACTIVE. HOW are the items selected? I am asking because although I am receiving "Success" in the PayPal Live mode developer area NO PAYMENTS are appearing anywhere. Since there are no checkmarks appearing in the setup I am feeling that this the cause of my issue. ALL other settings within the PayPal module are correctly set (at least as far as I know). I could really use some insight, guidance, and/or direction. BJ Quote
Chadduck Posted 21 hours ago Author Posted 21 hours ago (edited) I have been in touch with PayPal and working with Tech Support. I am being told "So far, the order is created successfully and the buyer approved the payment. But you have to capture the payment". To my knowledge I have set up the module correctly with one exception which I addressed above On the front end, the Paypal buttons appear BUT there is NO Payment Method selection(s) showing as "Payment Method" as indicated within the video "Exploring PayPal's API v2 Module; Testing on osCommerce V4 Frontend" at about the 00:53 mark. (e.g. PayPay, Credit or Debit card, etc.) Since the order is being created BUT not captured is the lack of those Capabilities items having a check mark the cause for the lack of the Payment Method selections and NOT capturing the Payment data? Is it possible to get some direction and/or help with this issue? @Ivan Holbi @pandrei @Jack_mcs Edited 21 hours ago by Chadduck Quote

Please paste a copy of the settings of the module in admin. I may not be able to help but I can compare them to working sites to see if it is something obvious.
