Customer filter does not apply for customers imported from osc 2.3.4. How to fix?

When I tried to find myself as customer by first name the result states: "No matching records found" and "Wrong customer data".

However I am a customer (I added myself in 2006) and my customer details and orders are migrated into osc 4 by the osLink connector. I can find myself when I reset the filter and browse to the last page.

Why is the customer filter not finding me, and how to fix it?

Hi Jasper,

When you make the search the system displays the search results on the first page so if you are on any other page you will not see it. Please see your screenshot below highlighting this issue. Please make sure you click on First page tab to see your search results.
