Jack_mcs Posted February 20 Posted February 20 There seems to be an issue with Paypal so I thought I would mention it here. I've had a number of clients saying some orders were not going through. The paypal log shows many failures in those sites. There isn't a fix for this at the moment. My clients are talking to Paypal support to try and find a reason for the failure. If your site is using the Paypal App, I suggest checking the Paypal log to see if there have been failures. Jack_mcs Posted February 28 Author Posted February 28 In the log for each transaction there is a response section. That is empty for each failure. Paypal responded that the problem was on the receiving site, which is always their answer for any reply. Shortly after posting this, I needed to send someone an invoice from paypal. It failed with a fatal error and said try again later. The next day I could send the invoice and none of the sites I mentioned had anymore failures. So the problem was clearly at paypal and they fixed whatever was causing it. Something like this happened years ago but it went on, off and on, for months. there is a thread about it here somewhere. So, for now, the problem is gone.
