I cannot re-install or download a paid USPS module from the 1st bugged installation to a new installation, same domain, same URL. May be a bug at the App Shop.

I decided to do another try cause osC4 is supperior in all the means. I concluded my last 10 installation had missing files, incomplete or partial unzipping problems or incomplete database. Now I came to a very good results. BUT I HAVE A NEW PROBLEM APPEARENTLY WITHOUT A SOLUTION UNTILL NOW. I SPOKE WITH CHAT SUPPORT AND CONTACT SUPPORT UNSUSSCESFULLY.  I'VE BOUGHT A USPS MODULE FOR THE 1ST INSTALLATION IT IT WAS INSTALLED OK, NOW THE LATEST INSTALLATION HAS A NEW SITE KEY AND I CANNOT TRANSFER THE PURCHASE TO THE LATEST SITE KEY, I ALSO DELETED ALL THE OLD INSTALLATION AND DID NOT KEEP A BACKUP SINCE IT WAS BUGGED. IF SOMEONE COULD HELP AND SEND ME THE USPS MODULE FILES I WILL TRY TO INSTALL IT MANUALLY. ATTACHED IS THE INCOICE I'VE PAID FOR IT. SUPER DUPER THANKS. PAULO

You need to add the site keys to the oscommerce account that you purchased the module from. Sounds like you made a new OSCommerce login for the new store installation which would then require purchasing the module again.

 

For example: I've reinstalled OSC4 dozens of times and I have at least 10 site keys in my account, however, my purchases transfer to the new sites because they are all under the same login/account.
