Please see the link below with more information about it. https://www.oscommerce.com/app/cash-on-delivery-module As for the other methods you mentioned above we do not have exactly these methods, but we have Offline Payment that can be set up based on your requirements. This Offline Payment does not send any invoices to a customer, but sends the notification to a customer with the order confirmation for the customer to make the payment according to it after he receives the payment details from an administrator.
