Chadduck Posted December 13, 2024 Posted December 13, 2024 I apologize in advance if this has been asked and answered... I didn't locate that particular posting if it has benn. I recently did an updated import from the ORIGINAL 2.x database since my store is not yet active. After doing so, I was looking at the imported orders and the images that were matched in the OSC v4 store do NOT match the item description . (see images) Since customers will be / could be returning and looking at their previously placed orders this situation is going to lead to confusion. As shown in the CURRENT image the displayed graphic is a lapel pin while the CORRECT MATCH image displays the medal and what the invoice should show. Even clicking on the Item Name to go to the Medal takes the customer to the lapel pin. HOW DO I RESOLVE THIS ISSUE? The server is running Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS Apache 2.4.52 Mysqld 8.1.2 PHP version: 8.1.2 BJ Quote
fzmuhammad Posted April 13 Posted April 13 (edited) This issue likely stems from incorrect product ID mapping during the import process from OSC 2.x to OSC v4. To fix it, could you recheck your product database and make sure that images and links are correctly matched to the right product IDs? You may need to run a script or use admin tools to remap product images and URLs to the correct items manually or via CSV update. Edited April 13 by Jan Zonjee Quote

deansmar Posted Friday at 02:30 PM Posted Friday at 02:30 PM I would also be interested in the answer to the posted question... this only happens to the orders/invoices that have been imported from V2.x I have downloaded the complete catologue, with a few CSV data files.. Which one needs to be edited..? Quote
